Ph3Job Description /h3 pThe position will be part of the Quoting area and will be responsible for the development of complex strategic quotations in support of Business Development activities. The role oversees the entire quotation process, ensuring the completeness, consistency and industrial feasibility of the proposed solutions, from the early quoting phase through to the release of the final production configuration, followed by the effective and sustainable execution of the material purchasing process. /p h3About the role /h3 pThe candidate is responsible for coordinating information gathering activities, preliminary product configuration and definition of the economic model of the offer, interfacing with Key Account Management, Sales, Project Management, Engineering and RD. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordination and validation of all technical and commercial information required for the development of strategic quotations. /li liTechnical guidance and support to Sales and Project Management during the customer requirements definition phase. /li liDirect management of material quoting and costing for strategic opportunities, coordinating the dedicated team. /li liInterface with local and global suppliers to define material costs, supply conditions, sourcing risks and alternative scenarios. /li liCoordinating preliminary product configuration activities, definition of production routings, industrial costs and NRE, carried out by the dedicated technical teams. /li liAbility to directly intervene in product configuration, production routings and NRE activities in case of critical issues or incomplete information. /li liEnsure information continuity from quotation through to the release of the final production configuration, guaranteeing no gaps that could impact the start of material purchasing activities. /li liUse of company ERP systems for the economic analysis of quotations and for traceability of cost assumptions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liSolid experience in material and industrial costing. /li liKnowledge of product configuration logic, BOM structures and production routings. /li liUnderstanding of the main electronic and electromechanical manufacturing processes. /li liExcellent command of the English language. /li liAdvanced use of Excel and ERP/management systems (INFOR LN is a plus). /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liLeadership and ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, even without direct reporting lines. /li liStructured, results‑oriented approach with strong risk management capabilities. /li liTechnical authority and decision‑making ability in complex environments. /li liHigh operational flexibility and willingness to travel. /li /ul h3The role involves /h3 ul liEnd‑to‑end responsibility for strategic quotations. /li liCoordination of direct and indirect resources (Quoting, Engineering, Procurement, Operations). /li liFrequent interaction with customers, suppliers and senior management within the Elemaster Group. /li liParticipation in meetings and business trips, including international travel. /li /ul pReports to: Head of Global Commodity Management /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
