Your role : The candidate will join the infrastructure team, specifically within Microsoft solutions, acting as a senior engineer with proven experience in complex environments, preferably in banking or finance sectors. Your duties and responsibilities : Manage current infrastructure Support the implementation and design of new projects Coordinate and manage incidents/problem escalations, with or without war room, across different technical teams Monitor, capacity plan, and proactively analyze future infrastructure requirements Define infrastructural guidelines within your scope Complete governance and reporting related to services, capacity, licensing, and infrastructure behavior Continuously improve the infrastructure Other duties may be assigned as the role expands.
