Adecco Italia, Pistoia, Italy, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a leading company in the sustainable and responsible betting and gaming sector with a globally recognized brand portfolio.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Area Manager within client stores, focusing on:
1. Promotion and sales of various company products;
2. Visual merchandising activities to enhance store setup and communication;
3. Analyzing store performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
* Diploma;
* Preferably previous experience in sales, promotions, or commercial activities;
* Knowledge of main IT tools;
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills;
* Commercial aptitude and goal orientation.
Employment details:
* 6-month fixed-term contract with possible extension, leading to direct hiring with the client company and internal growth opportunities;
* Salary: 1,630.35 EUR gross per month (Level 5 CCNL Commercio) plus bonuses and 8 EUR meal vouchers;
* Work schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Saturday, shifts between 09:00-11:30 and 16:00-19:30;
* Start date: 07/07/2025.
