Job Summary We are looking for a Culture & Entertainment Manager for The Lake Como EDITION — a natural connector and creative operator to lead the scene and story behind our restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues. In this role, you’ll help shape and implement our operational, service, sales, and public relations strategies—bringing EDITION’s distinct atmosphere to life across our F&B; outlets.

You’ll drive visibility and cultural relevance by networking with high-profile clientele, building local and global relationships, and creating non-traditional PR and sales activations that drive real revenue.

\n

You understand the power of a well-placed story or a perfectly timed social post. You’ll orchestrate events and moments that generate awareness and engagement—blending digital and on-the-ground strategies to attract a high-end, lifestyle-driven audience. From influencer dinners to spontaneous collaborations, your ideas will feel fresh, bold, and aligned with EDITION’s elevated, intimate energy.

You’ll also implement EDITION’s service philosophy—ensuring every guest touchpoint feels personalized, gracious, and unforgettable. Relationships are at the heart of what you do: with guests, with colleagues, and with the local community. You’ll help us build long-term, value-driven partnerships and ensure our venues are as known for who’s there as for what’s on the menu.

Day to day, you’ll represent the brand with style and professionalism, follow all operational and service standards, support the wider team, and stay connected to the people and trends that matter. You’ll anticipate guests’ needs, respond with care, and bring a high level of polish to every interaction—whether it’s welcoming a guest or managing a high-profile collaboration.

The ideal candidate has

\n

\n
- Experience in hospitality, cultural programming, event management, or lifestyle brand marketing—preferably within luxury hotels, nightlife, or high-end F&B.;
\n
- A strong network across fashion, design, music, art, and media—particularly in Italy, Europe, or global creative hubs.
\n
- Demonstrated experience concepting and executing cultural events, influencer activations, and non-traditional brand partnerships that drive business outcomes.
\n
- Deep understanding of luxury lifestyle audiences and how to engage them through immersive, emotional experiences.
\n
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with VIP guests, tastemakers, and brand partners.
\n
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills—fluent in both English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
\n
- A confident, polished, and intuitive presence; able to navigate high-touch environments with discretion, charm, and hospitality-first instincts.
\n
- Proficiency in digital platforms, content strategy, and social media trends relevant to F&B;, luxury, and entertainment.
\n
- Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple events or initiatives simultaneously.
\n
- A passion for culture, design, and community—along with a genuine understanding of what makes EDITION different.
