For years, our kitchen has been guided successfully by internal family, with a small team executing breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now we’re ready for the next step. /p pWe are looking for a bHead of Kitchen /b who wants to take ownership of this part of the business and grow with us. /p pThis is bnot /b a classic “big hotel chef” role. We are a small, intimate place with limited covers and a strong sense of home. Our idea of food is: /p pbquality, Mediterranean, seasonal – but always with the warmth of a home kitchen. /b /p pWe’re looking for someone who reads this and thinks: “This could be my place.” /p h3What you will do /h3 pYou will be the point person for everything that happens in our kitchen. In practice, you will: /p ul liDefine the bculinary direction together with the management /b, in line with the identity of Principe di Salina /li libOrganise and oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner /b service /li liUpdate and develop menus that feel like “home cooking with quality” – Mediterranean, seasonal, simple but well executed /li liBring in and structure additional experiences such as baperitivo, cooking classes and small food events /b /li libLead and coordinate a small team /b in the kitchen (we can hire additional people to support you) /li liManage bsuppliers and kitchen needs /b; orders and costs will be handled bin collaboration with head of finance / accountant /b, who will take care of the accounting side /li liEnsure consistency, quality and attention to dietary needs and allergies /li liOccasionally interact with guests during cooking classes or special experiences, if this feels natural to you /li /ul pThis role is ideal for someone who prefers a bsmall, flexible kitchen /b over a large, high-volume operation. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
