About BAXI SpABAXI SpA is a leading HVAC manufacturer in Italy and Europe, part of the global BDR Thermea Group.Position: Stage – Engineering Team (Direzione Commerciale Italia)Your mission will be to support the development of innovative energy solutions and contribute to the growth of the energy efficiency market, collaborating with technical–commercial professionals.TeamYou will join the Engineering Team within the Commercial Direction, responsible for high‑power plant design, pre‑sales technical support and development of energy efficiency solutions. You will work closely with R&D;, Marketing, commercial agencies and clients to optimise tools and processes that support the business.Key Responsibilities
Manage, organise and analyse data from CRM, in‑house databases and quoting tools.Create and update reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.Collaborate on the improvement of reporting and quoting tools with developers and colleagues.Support agencies and Application Engineers in using the company tools.Organise and catalogue technical documentation, plant schematics and commercial presentations.Analyse configurations and data to identify energy solutions and opportunities linked to incentive systems such as the Conto Termico.
Qualifications
Degree in a scientific field (preferably Energy Engineering) or a technical diploma.Curious and analytical mindset.Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.Good command of the English language.Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferable.Passion for the energy sector, innovation and energy efficiency.Enjoys teamwork in a dynamic, innovative and multinational environment.
