It specializes in the production of innovative and turn‐key plants such as hot and cold rolling mills, process lines, reheating furnaces, continuous casting machines, and related equipment.
Responsibilities
Supervise the installation of mechanical parts and equipment.
Check the correct alignment and movements of the equipment.
Ensure the erection company performs its work according to the time schedule, design, and technical requirements.
Verify planning of resources of the erection company.
Interface with the engineering departments to resolve any issues during execution.
Check and sign erection completion documents.
Manage vendors and contractors.
Attend meetings with the customer to report progress.
Manage the relationship with the client and, if required, with local authorities.
Coordinate with the headquarter and subcontractors.
Prepare daily reports on supervision activities.
Provide technical assistance during trial and commissioning phases.
Qualifications
Leadership skills to coordinate, manage and control mechanical/piping erection activities in industrial plants.
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the construction of steel processing plants.
Knowledge of site erection and commissioning activities, preferably for steel plants.
Very good written and spoken English.
Ability to work in a team and flexibility.
Willingness to travel worldwide.
Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. xrdztoy
