Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree: A degree is required for this role.
* MS Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
* Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential.
* Data Analysis: Relevant experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership.
* Confidentiality: Ability to work with confidential and sensitive HR information.
Preferred Qualifications
* HRIS Knowledge: Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems.
* Employment Law: Experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices.
* Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with various stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
* Independence: Experience of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
