Ph3Job Description Summary /h3pAs EHS Site Leader you will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within your area of expertise, be involved in long‑term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. You will develop and update local EHS programs to ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health and safety laws, regulations and GE and business standards. Work visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required. /ph3Essential Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive the implementation of GE EHS Programs and continuous improvement in EHS performance at Borgaretto Cameri sites to achieve EHS excellence, including emergency preparedness, fire protection, safety risk assessments, safe working procedures, hazardous waste management, ergonomics and contractor safety. /liliEnsure root cause analysis is completed for all injuries and significant events and support complex investigations. /liliCoordinate and provide training for GE employees. /liliPerform EHS audits. /liliDrive improvement and track goal achievement through collection, analysis and communication of EHS metrics (program evaluation, workplace audits, findings closure, training completion, injuries, illnesses and other significant events). /liliLead EHS permitting processes and liaise with local regulatory authorities to maintain full compliance. Provide input to the leadership team on compliance requirements and drive assurance programs. /li /ulh3Qualification/Requirements /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, or Environmental Science. /liliSignificant experience in EHS management, including manufacturing or service facility operations. /liliExcellent leadership skills and ability to interact with senior leadership, employees and customers. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently using timelines, budgets and tracking systems. /liliStrong analytical skills to break down complex problems, develop solutions and prioritize liabilities and compliance issues. /liliStrong oral and written communication skills. /liliFluent in English (written and spoken). /liliWork visa in accordance with local regulation is required. /li /ulh3Desired Characteristics /h3ulliStrong organizational skills. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pSmart working and work life‑balance.
