Timing them as first goal. /li liReporting Depot maintenance activities status and follow up. /li liInterface between maintenance team leaders, retrofit teams, engineering teams and all kind of external company teams. /li liSupervision/coordination of maintenance activities on all trains in workshop according to fixed time slots during planning meetings. /li liKeep always a general and updated overview about crucial spare parts availability. /li liBeing informed about workshop infrastructure status, especially about needed special tools to carry maintenance activity out. /li liCheck production team workload under control, in order to ensure the best saturation as possible. /li liManaging any problems with extraordinary planning meetings (if required). /li liVerification of compliance with time slots planned for all ordinary maintenance train cycle (hand over in, servicing, maintenance, internal cleaning, pre-service check and hand over out). /li liVerification of compliance with scheduled departure and arrival time in Depot. Check and reporting of all delay reasons. /li liTranslating production and commercial service issue within working orders. /li liEnsuring that all updated planning informations are spread out within workshop in real time mode. /li liPlaying on the whiteboards in the workshop of the maintenance slots scheduled during the planning meetings. /li liBringing into default planning items special request coming from all project team and scheduling them using SAP system. /li liReporting all cumulated delays and root cause of them. Analyzing delaying issues in order to better perform in similar future circumstances. /li liInterfacing with Supply Chain team (using meetings and SAP system) to check needed spare parts to be available. /li liUsing Indus evaluation KPI to check and optimize Prod workload on shift, according to planning scheduled. /li liAttendance to any extraordinary planning meeting to face contingency. /li liReporting all special activities status within dedicated figures, graphs and gants. /li liCreating and releasing of notification and service orders related to corrective activities and preventive ones, if required. /li liUpdating of all information equipment (monitor, etc…) necessary for the communication inside de Depot (trains layout, etc..). /li /ul h3Skills Education / Competenze Formazione /h3 ul libEducation/Istruzione: /b Engineering degree or professional level qualifications in technical areas. /li libLanguages/Lingue: /b English mandatory /li libExperiences/Esperienze: /b Work experience in a process/production environment. /li libTechnical competencies/Competenze tecniche: /b Railways and train system instruction/knowledge is preferred. Basic Knowledge of the maintenance process is required /li libSoft skills/Competenze trasversali: /b Good IT skills, especially SAP (CS/PM modules). Microsoft Office is required. Excellent communication skills. Ability to make decisions, sense of urgency: sets priorities and reacts immediately when confronted with a problem.
