Within the Group Audit Operations, Methodology and Excellence (OMEx) function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The Group Audit Operations, Methodology and Excellence (OMEx) is a global steering Function, aiming at enhancing the Group Audit professional practice in line with regulations, international standards and market best practice. Within the OMEx Function, the Audit Operations and Excellence unit is responsible for leading global audit operations and coordinating projects and initiatives for the development of the global function.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities for developing, improving, and automatizing audit operations, methodology, and processes
- Monitoring, coordinating, and executing multiple audit project plans
- Collaborating with the Audit Community, understanding auditors' needs and translating them into functional requirements, fostering innovation
- Supporting the development of use cases/proofs of concept to assess the adequacy of identified solutions and collaborating with the competent Group Functions to concretize implementation
- Overseeing developments and performing User Acceptance Tests
- Supporting the formalization of documentation for new processes/solutions (e.g., procedures, user guides, training, cascading, etc.)
- Supporting the design of reporting dashboards for transversal and global audit data analysis
- Preparing executive presentations for the Group Audit Community, the Group Audit Leadership Team, and projects' Steering Committees
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance
- In depth knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Excellent analytical thinking, presentation and communication skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Internal Audit methodology and core-processes in Insurance
- Professional certification (ACCA, CIA, CISA, CFE, MEF)
