Based in our office in Carpi (Modena), we are looking for a Clearance & Mass Market Manager to join our team and drive performance across key distribution channels.
This position represents an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead the development and execution of the wholesale strategy across Mass Market, Jobber, Flash Sales, Off-Price, and B&M channels. The role will play a key part in maximizing revenue, optimizing stock monetization, and ensuring brand consistency across all distribution channels.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Define and execute the wholesale strategy across Mass Market, Jobber, Flash Sales, Off-Price, and B&M channels
* Drive sales performance and key KPIs (revenue, margin, sell-in, stock clearance)
* Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying risks and growth opportunities
* Lead and coordinate the Key Account Management team, setting priorities, targets, and action plans
* Develop commercial plans aligned with brand positioning and overall business objectives
* Oversee stock management and liquidation strategies in collaboration with Planning and Merchandising teams
* Lead key negotiations and manage strategic wholesale accounts
* Ensure consistency of brand positioning across all distribution channels, with particular focus on off-price environments
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
* Identify new business opportunities to optimize stock monetization
* Prepare regular reports and provide performance insights to the Director Mass Market
QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale roles within apparel and/or footwear
* Proven experience managing off-price, mass market, or similar distribution channels
* Strong understanding of wholesale dynamics and multi-channel distribution strategies
* Solid analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and performance management
* Experience in stock management and inventory optimization
* Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, execution-oriented approach
* Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities
* Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
