Experteer Overview
In this role you act as a strategic partner to drive financial insights and support key decisions. You’ll develop analyses, monitor performance, and ensure operations align with ambitious strategic goals. You will turn numbers into strategic value and contribute to growth within a leading insurance group. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the strategic roadmap and deliver data-driven recommendations.

- Develop, analyze, and interpret key financial metrics to support strategic decision‑making
- Prepare regular financial reports highlighting performance against strategic goals and KPIs
- Forecast financial outcomes aligned with the company's strategic roadmap
- Own data/workflows of the Financial Planning & Analysis tool during closings and forecasts, ensuring premium estimates are integrated into the planning model
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: support the Distribution team with market share analysis and data‑driven decisions
- Monitor and track critical business metrics, including revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency; create dashboards and visual reports for leadership
- Identify variances from targets and provide actionable recommendations
- Strategic Roadmap Oversight: evaluate financial implications of strategic projects and investments; ensure alignment of financial reporting with milestones
- Stakeholder Collaboration: work with business units to understand metrics and incorporate them into analysis and monitor progress against initiatives

Responsabilità
- Solid ability to interpret financial data, build models, and generate insights for strategic decisions
- Aptitude to understand business goals and assess financial implications of strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in creating clear dashboards and reports to communicate performance metrics
- Advanced Excel with financial modelling; PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) a plus
- Excellent communication skills with business units and senior leadership
- Strong precision in monitoring metrics, identifying variances, and providing actionable recommendations
- First experience in a business-oriented role as Financial specialist within a service company, preferably in the Insurance sector
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and evolve with business needs
- Ability to work across departments and build productive relationships
- Proficiency in English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication
