We are looking for a candidate to be part of the HR team, who will gradually take on more responsibilities depending on their professional path.

I tuoi compiti principali saranno
* Search and select staff: publishing job ads, screening resumes, organizing and managing interviews, supporting candidate evaluation;
* Onboarding: managing the process of welcoming new hires respecting internal procedures, preparing contractual and administrative documentation for placement, managing compliance for occupational health and workplace safety (e.g., medical visits, mandatory training);
* Personnel administration: supporting administrative personnel management activities, including attendance, leave, permissions, sick leave, handling injury and maternity procedures, etc.;
* Training and development: supporting analysis of training needs, organizing and monitoring training paths;
* Organizational support: assisting business functions in HR matters, managing tickets from store colleagues for personnel management, regularly updating databases and preparing reporting, digital and physical archiving of documents.
Requisiti
A degree (three or five years) in economics, legal or humanities fields with strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, sharp organizational abilities, precise, discreet and capable of working both autonomously and in a team. Additional profile characteristics include: propensity for in-depth work, motivation and enthusiasm for professional activity, reliability, proactivity and empathy.

Sede di lavoro: Cervo at our administrative offices, Via Giardino Grande 11.
Disponibilità oraria: Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Inquadramento: Contract and remuneration will be defined based on experience.
