Position Overview:
* You will work in the EVERSANA Health Innovation team, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members and reporting to the Senior Vice President of Health Innovation.
Role: Expert Strategy Consultant
You will shape and contribute to successful health innovation strategies for our clients and partners in the healthcare and life sciences sector. Your role involves driving the value and impact of digital health technologies. You do not need advanced technical expertise but should work effectively with tech teams and junior members, leading strategic thinking, content, and project development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and execution of health innovation strategies, including identifying opportunities for digital health technologies and creating tailored strategic, business, and GTM plans.
2. Develop and implement commercialization and GTM strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and market needs.
3. Conduct market analyses, competitive assessments, care pathway analyses, literature reviews, and technology scouting to identify trends and innovative solutions.
4. Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to assess the value of digital health innovations and transform insights into actionable strategies.
5. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with client goals, and budget adherence. Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams.
6. Produce high-quality narratives, scientific articles, and presentations in English. Convey complex concepts clearly and lead client and KOL workshops.
7. Build and maintain relationships with clients, KOLs, and partners, understanding their needs and aligning strategies accordingly.
8. Collaborate with senior leadership, mentor junior team members, and operate effectively within a matrix organization.
