We are looking for a VIP Manager – Italy to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of VIP customer engagement across sportsbook and casino.
You will own VIP communications and CRM strategy in the Italian market, driving retention, player value, and first-time depositors (FTDs). This is a hands‑on leadership role, working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Analytics to embed CRM within DAZN Bet’s commercial strategy.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Own and deliver the VIP CRM strategy across sportsbook and casino in Italy
* Manage direct relationships with VIP customers, ensuring a high‑touch, personalised experience
* Define and execute promotional and bonus strategies to maximise retention and customer value
* Identify and deliver tailored rewards, including gifts, prizes, and exclusive experiences
* Own the setup and execution of CRM communications across channels (email, push, in‑platform) using Optimove
* Develop targeted segmentation strategies to personalise campaigns and improve engagement
* Drive activity, retention, and lifetime value through data‑driven CRM initiatives
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimising based on insights and results
* Lead continuous testing and experimentation across messaging, offers, and campaigns
* Partner with Country, Product, and UX teams to optimise key funnels (registration, KYC, deposit, conversion)
* Ensure all activity aligns with Responsible Gaming and regulatory requirements
What You'll Bring:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Italian iGaming or sports betting market
* Strong experience managing VIP customers with a deep understanding of retention and engagement strategies
* Proven expertise in bonus management and promotional mechanics for high‑value players
* Hands‑on experience with CRM tools and campaign execution (Optimove strongly preferred)
* Deep understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing
* Proven track record of driving retention, player value, and profitable growth
* Strong commercial mindset with focus on NGR, LTV, and sustainable performance
* Established network of VIP customers (highly advantageous)
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
* Passion for sport and betting, with a strong understanding of player behaviour
* Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
