About the Role:

As a consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing leads, building client relationships, and providing expert advice on business planning, IT systems, education, energy, events, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and referring new clients through your professional network
* Managing client expectations and delivering high-quality services
* BUILDING AND MAINTAINING LONG-TERM CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
* Creating an independent client referral pipeline
* Promoting our consulting services within your network and encouraging cross-referrals
* Receiving a share of our daily billing, starting from a minimum of €355 per referral
Salary and Benefits:
You will earn a minimum of €355 per day for each referral, with larger projects commanding higher rates. Our office team handles client contracts and billing, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional services.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

* A strong ability to source leads, close deals, and manage client expectations
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Motivation to succeed and grow within our network
* Strong grammar and professional telephone manner
