About Us The Crowne Plaza Milan Linate is strategically located to access Milan's services, Linate airport, ring roads and major lines of communication. You will be welcomed by a 4* business hotel that does not neglect your family or vacation needs. Your day to day: Your shift will start at 11:00 pm and end at 7:00 am. Each day is different from the other. Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager and in accordance with the policies and procedures established by IHG Hotels Limited, you will be responsible for the facility overnight. Your role is to: - Guarantee the tranquillity and security of the hotel; you may be required to make important decisions at reception during the night. - Assure the quality of services offered to guests. - Transmitting the night's report with guests' requests to the receptionist to ensure adequate follow-up. - Perform the night audit, checking the consistency with fiscal closing. - Take care of reception accounting, checking invoices, collecting payments, checking bookings and checking in and out for the day. - Reporting the day's accounts to management and department heads. What we need from you - Similar experience in the luxury hotel sector (minimum 1 or 2 years). - Autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility - Discreet, considerate and able to think ahead - Perfect command of English, a third language is a plus - Good command of IT tools (Opera, Office, etc.) What we offer A fixed-term contract is offered with the possibility of transformation to permanent status and remuneration in line with the Tourism Industry CCNL.
