Overview
Role : Hisense Italy is now looking for a Key Account in the MDA department dedicated to the built-in and SDA retail channel with a professional background.
* Proven sales experience.
* Strong understanding of retail and buying group dynamics.
* Ability to work in a fast-growing company with high dynamism, agility, and flexibility.
* Excellent negotiation skills and capacity to engage with a wide range of clients.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to connect sell-in dynamics with sell-out execution.
* Strong forecasting and planning capability to support factory alignment.
Main responsibilities
* Define and execute customer plans based on brand and category strategy.
* Manage relationships with key buyers and negotiate agreements.
* Drive sell-out through promotions, displays, and marketing initiatives.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and product innovations to identify opportunities.
* Analyze sell-in and sell-out data, forecasting and reporting monthly results.
* Optimize KPIs including sell-out, promo share, and display share.
Required Skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Problem-solving mindset, proactive and result-oriented.
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
