Within the High Jewelry Production Planning & Costing department based in our production site in Rome, we are looking for a Production Planner Intern.
The selected candidate, according to the agreed Internal Production plan, will support the creation, execution, and follow-up on the work schedule of the manufacturing department.
Main accountabilities:
* Support the team in monitoring the production status;
* Manage KPIs and use a reporting system to check production status and produce relevant weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting;
* Ensure the constant updating of the system;
* Update Excel/Access Tools;
* Collaborate with the External Network/Purchasing department to ensure the fulfillment of the outsourced phases;
* Support the team in handling relations with the PM office to ensure the project's progress.
Skills:
* Master's degree in Engineering or Economics
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Knowledge of production processes and techniques
* IT applications (ERP/SAP, Excel)
* Quantitative data analysis
