This key role will work closely with the site leadership team (of which it will be a member) and with the central functions of the industrial division to ensure operational efficiency and the achievement of financial objectives. /p h3bYou will be responsible for /b /h3 ul liMonitor and analyze the site's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. /li liMonitor key financial KPIs and ensure alignment with corporate financial targets. /li liSupervise standard costs, cost‑roll processes, bills of materials (BOM), and production cycles for the plant. /li liEnsure accurate inventory valuation, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. /li liManage monthly closing processes and reconcile production and inventory accounts. /li liProvide financial evaluations of investment decisions and potential Make‑or‑Buy scenarios. /li liMonitor production expenses, scrap, yield variances, and cost of goods sold (COGS). /li liPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information. /li liCollaborate with production managers and the site director to optimize operational costs and improve process efficiency. /li liLead and manage the site's annual budget planning, intra‑year forecasts, and long‑term strategic planning. /li liMonitor expenses and investments, ensuring compliance with financial projections. /li liSupport internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation and information. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement projects, contributing to the implementation of the best financial and operational practices. /li /ul h3bYou will need to have /b /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance, or related fields. /li liAt least 7 years of experience in management control roles, with specific experience in industrial controlling. /li liExcellent written and spoken Italian. /li liExcellent written and spoken English. /li liStrong knowledge of cost accounting, production finance, and inventory management. /li liStrong knowledge of international accounting principles and Italian tax regulations. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Excel and major financial management software. /li liAbility to work in uncertain contexts and anticipate scenarios. /li liAnalytical and problem‑solving skills with strong result orientation. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in teams. /li liAmbition to grow within an international context. /li /ul h3bWe would prefer for you to have /b /h3 ul liKnowledge of SAP is a plus. /li /ul h3bLocation /b /h3 pThe role is based in Nerviano (Milan), but during the initial phase a weekly presence in Parma will be requested, as it is our HQ and where the team is currently located. /p h3bWhat we offer /b /h3 pNo matter where your path starts at Chiesi, it leads to inspiring possibilities.
