We are looking for brilliant fresh graduates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6 month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our People, Culture & Organization Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.
The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
1. Employee life-cycle activities (in administrative, contractual, training fields)
2. Management of temporary workers
3. Recruiting ativites
4. HR strategic projects
5. Operative activities related to the management of HR tasks
6. HR process management
In order to meet these targets, you will need:
7. Fluent English and Italian, German will be a plus
8. Fresh graduated in a master’s degree in Law, Economics or Management Engineering
9. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
10. Good communication and analytical skills
11. Proactive attitude
12. Team working
