About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Insights Manager to join our team. As an Insights Manager you will play a key role in helping our clients make business decisions by delivering valuable insights and recommendations. Your role will involve managing research projects, interpreting data into actionable recommendations, and delivering presentations to our clients. This role offers a great opportunity to understand how tech & behavioral metrics are changing the future of market research.
Responsibilities
* Designing research projects of medium complexity
* Project management – coordinating research studies globally
* Managing external partners – translators, designers, etc.
* Interpreting data and making insightful presentations and recommendations
* Reporting & executive summary delivery
* Presenting to clients remotely or in person
* Transforming business by managing internal projects
* Supporting sales representatives in pitches
An ideal candidate would have
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Economics or equivalent
* 3+ years of experience in the field of market research, ideally in the position of Researcher
* Excellent knowledge and critical experiences in Insights Fundamentals and excellent project management (including Agile), reporting and presenting skills
* Capacity to translate substantial amounts of data into insights, conclusions and recommendations
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Proficiency in MS Office Package (Excel, Power Point)
* Quantitative (numerical) reasoning
* Ability to articulate complex concepts into language that can be understood by clients
* Proven record in Client Management & Business Partnering (Business Acumen) will be considered as advantage
* International and cross-geographic experience will be considered as an advantage
