We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a sous chef or chef, with expertise in leadership, communication, and technical knowledge related to cooking methods and dish preparation.
Responsibilities
* Manage the kitchen, coordinating the brigade and ensuring the maintenance of established quality standards.
* Plan menus, manage orders and supplies, and guarantee the correct cleaning of the work area and kitchen.
The selected person will be responsible for plating skills, identifying nutritional properties of ingredients, and monitoring equipment usage. A minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree is required.
This full-time job offers variable shifts over 6 days a week. Salary: within €2,000 to €2,500 net per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
