Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Junior Sales to join our sales team. This is a "growth role" designed for a candidate with a technical mindset who wants to transition into a commercial career. You will be mentored to become a product specialist, supporting our market expansion across Europe and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Assist in visiting assigned customers in the Mobile sector, learning to identify new project opportunities for CH products.
* Reporting: Maintain accuracy in the CRM system by creating post-visit reports and tracking customer performance metrics.
* Market Analysis: Support the team in gathering data and updating market analyses to identify potential new clients and applications.
* Promotion & Training: Assist in delivering technical-commercial presentations and product training for customers and Sales Country Units.
* Sales Administration: Learn to prepare quotes, define budgets, and manage the PCR (Price Change Request) process for direct customers.
* Technical Collaboration: Provide on-site support to Engineering (ENG) and Service (SVM) teams during machine tests and prototype startups.
Qualifications
* Education: Degree in Engineering, Economics or related fields.
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a technical or commercial role (even internships in manufacturing are valued).
* Soft Skills: Strong customer orientation, eagerness to learn, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
* Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
* Languages: Good command of English is essential.
* Travel: Full willingness to travel autonomously; must hold a valid driver’s license.
