Part of your responsibilities will be to support Program and Project Management activities tied to bmanufacturing process improvements /b from an industrial standpoint, building your technical expertise related to the assigned category. You will also support specific transversal initiatives driven by Industrial Supply Direction, helping to set priorities and manage discontinuities across programs. /p pYou will help manage the bVirtual Factory /b program for your perimeter, and you will support your team in improvement initiatives and in fostering a blean mindset /b, encouraging cross-plant sharing of best practices from a category development perspective. Part of your responsibilities will be to identify opportunities and needs from an bindustrial development point of view /b, supporting the design and rollout of capacity analyses that inform investments and footprint decisions. /p pYou will interact with bFerrero Engineering /b on btechnical innovation topics /b, so that you can identify opportunities and leverage technical expertise in product development activities.
