Responsibilities
* Provide assistance to customers in executing banking operations, ensuring efficient management of their needs.
* Interact directly with customers in the retail sector as part of the branch team.
* Familiarize with the bank’s product and service offering, supporting colleagues to meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
* Participate in the selection process, which includes CV screening, a short telephone interview, and subsequent in‑person interviews.
Qualifications
* Graduate in humanities, economic, legal or quantitative fields; young professional.
* Excellent customer orientation, enthusiasm, resilience and strong interpersonal skills.
* Minimum experience 0–2 years; no prior experience required.
* English skills at B1 level.
* Basic Excel skills.
* Invalidità civile superiore al 46% (for qualified disability).
Requirements
* Full‑time position.
* Location: Pordenone (Vicenza area).
* Availability to work in the domestic retail network.
