JOB SUMMARYEU Logistics Team manages the 3PL activities and cooperates cross functional with other functions as Sales, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Quality and Finance supporting sales products initiatives, process improvement, cost saving according to SVP' Strategic Principles.Reporting to Supply Chain-Logistics Europe Director, the Logistics Specialist has the mission to support the rest of the Logistics Team on the entire Inbound/Outbound process, order management activities, distribution process and reverse logistics.
Job ResponsibilitiesFollowing the entire distribution process and daily contact with 3PL, located in Poland and Spain, to check the order preparation and transportation activities; monitoring sales orders to prevent risk of missing revenueHandling Claims and root cause analysis with 3PL. Managing problem solving with internal customers and the 3PLManaging return shipments (reverse logistics)Managing transfer orders between 3PL plants, Work Orders and Kitting according to Demand Planning instructionsManaging the purchase order to EU Suppliers according to instructions received from Demand Planning TeamManaging inbound with 3PL (located in Poland and Spain) and following the whole booking/shipping and import process.Inventory monitoring to guarantee the accuracy and data alignment between SVP and 3PL.Supporting Supply Chain-Logistics Director with the development and implementation of logistics contingency plan during short-term variances to ensure an optimized supply related to the actual conditions. Manage the escalation process in case of billing risk/shortage of materials.
Requirements:3 years' experience working in logistics with an international companyBilingual (English and Italian)
