Key Tasks
* Execute controlling processes and activities to collect, compile, verify and analyze financial and / or non-financial information and economic indicators to provide accurate and timely information for management decision making.
* Support development of and administer a range of Controlling processes and activities (from monthly reporting, financial planning and forecasting to budgeting, analysis and business cases) for specific business area(s) as per set standards and timelines.
* Adhere to policies, programs and systems related to Controlling.
* Identify patterns of issues and suggest enhancements for Controlling processes and methods.
* Understand and support the setting of standards, targets, schedules and improvements to enhance transparency and efficiency, e.g. through digitalization and automation where applicable (e.g. for ESG Controlling), support in building up reporting processes, collection of data and definition of KPIs.
* Effectively communicate the story behind numbers in terms business partners understand.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
Experience Level: more than 2 years
Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel usage
