We are looking for a passionate Digital PM Intern to join our Digital Operations team in our Global HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
Main Activities
* Support the coordination and monitoring of digital projects across multiple workstreams;
* Assist in gathering and structuring business requirements and documentation (Confluence, JIRA, project trackers);
* Support A/B Testing governance by tracking experiment roadmap, timelines and results;
* Assist in organizing cross-functional meetings and preparing recap documentation.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong interest in Digital Transformation and Project Management;
* Analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving;
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
* Knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint;
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Analytics is a plus;
* Fluent in English and Italian;
