The role's purpose is to ensure and develop product quality within factory functions, manage ISO Standards, customer-specific, and business quality systems, and provide results-driven QA QC leadership, utilizing lean principles and best practices for the plant. /p pThe Quality Inspector manages, develops, and maintains process quality functions at the factory, aligning with customer expectations and implementing end-to-end quality on internal processes. /p pThis position will be based in Minerbio, Italy, reporting to the QHSE Manager. /p h3Main tasks and responsibilities /h3 ol liResponsible for the timely execution of Goods Inwards Inspections. /li liCollaborate with EHS to address safety/environmental impacts and effects, aiming to eliminate or reduce such impacts. /li liLead, prepare, and manage customer regulatory audits, including ISO and other customer-specific requirements. /li liManage and report internal audits to management. /li liEnable reporting of metrics for weekly and monthly reviews using statistical process control tools. /li liConduct audits for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14000, ISO 3834-2, and other certifications. /li liPerform product quality audits according to the specific audit plan and observations. /li liConduct internal quality audits as required and follow up on corrective actions. /li liCoordinate MRB processes and ensure timely material dispositions. /li liReport on material scrap and rework status. /li liContribute to improvements in the total cost of poor quality, including re-work hours. /li liDevelop and adapt best practices regarding factory quality processes. /li liSupport the development of project management and statistical approaches (Lean/Six Sigma). /li /ol h3Requirements to succeed /h3 ol liBSc or MSc in Engineering, Technology, Quality, or relevant industrial experience. /li liISO Auditor Qualification (country-specific). /li liMinimum of 4 years' experience in quality management and development, including international experience. /li liStrong background in quality functions and process thinking across all operations. /li liExperience in the mechanical industry and assembly operations. /li liProficiency with ERP systems, preferably LN. /li liSignificant experience with quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, 8D, Six Sigma (Green Belt), and others. /li liExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. /li liDrive for continuous improvement. /li liLSS Yellow Belt/Green Belt certification. /li liEnglish: Excellent written and good spoken skills. /li /ol h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer a position within a global organization where you will face interesting and diverse tasks, providing excellent opportunities for professional growth. /p h3Interested in joining? /h3 pIf you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application and CV. /p pHiab (Nasdaq Helsinki: HIAB) is a leading provider of smart and sustainable on-road load-handling solutions, committed to delivering the best customer experience daily with engaged people and partners.
