Based in Milan, eLab Technology is the digital hub of ASW Group. It manages the Omnichannel Strategy for the Group's European Brands, delivering e-commerce, mobile, and in-store innovative solutions.
As a Senior Digital Product Strategist, you will support the Product Strategist Lead in defining the product roadmap and creating new market-driven products for all European AS Watson Brands. We seek a passionate, up-to-date, geeky professional who can effectively communicate with the Brands to gather inputs and structure them to prioritize product development.
A typical day in this role includes :
* Identify and analyze market opportunities and customer needs
* Propose digital solutions aligned with market trends and Business Units’ needs
* Measure performance and identify opportunities or leaks in digital channels to suggest new solutions or ideas
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy and evaluate new product add-ons to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals
* Support the roadmap definition by working closely with European Brands to understand their goals and needs
* Plan and execute activities throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering business requirements
* Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products
* Identify and prioritize product features based on business requirements
* Validate capabilities and features in contact with POs
* Define and track KPIs to measure product success with an ROI perspective
* Update the roadmap and strategy based on market trends and Brand needs

What you’ll need :
* Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related discipline
* Proven experience in product roadmaps, eCommerce, and digital marketing management
* At least 4 years of experience in similar roles within complex organizations; experience in strategic consultancy is a plus
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Innovative mindset with broad thinking to seize customer experience opportunities
* Business-oriented and results-driven, capable of managing multiple projects and reacting proactively under pressure
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data, management information, and trends
* Fluent in English, spoken and written
