Within the Group Procurement Organization, a global function with more than 500 team members, the Procurement Data Analyst has the key responsibility of supporting the team to maintain a competitive and high-performing portfolio of suppliers.
The mission is to ensure the award of businesses to the best suppliers fulfilling the targets of cost, quality and flexibility.
We operate in all world regions with a panel of international suppliers engaging them with our internal business partners across R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing & Engineering, Product Line, Finance and all the functions involved in projects by projects. We rely on building strong cooperation, focusing on innovation, quality and development of long-term relationships with our strategic suppliers. Sustainability and continuous improvement underpin our activity.
Responsibilities:

- Diving data research, analytics, and management of the plastic components category.
- Supporting Category Managers with market and supplier data to facilitate strategic negotiations.
- Performing first evaluation, screening and analysis of offers from suppliers.
- Running internal and external analysis (industry & supplier) as a member of a cross‑functional sourcing team.
- Supporting RFQ‑Request for Quotation and other strategic sourcing activities.
- Analyzing, evaluating and proposing actions and initiatives around complexity reduction, standardisation, cost reduction and speed to market.
- Creating automated solutions to streamline reporting, enhance cost analysis across regions, and strengthen data‑driven sourcing processes, including RFQs.
- Preparing support materials to present in sourcing forums to top management together with the category managers.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Management Information Systems or other related disciplines.
- 1‑3 years of working experience in a Procurement function or in an adjacent field (e.g., Supply Chain or R&D;).
- Ability to work with key stakeholders in a global set‑up.
- Data-driven approach and ability to work with large amounts of information and inputs.
- Results-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to meet goals and deliver results effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – expert in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Digital mindset, with the ability to manage large data sets and convert them to actionable information.
- Fluent in English.
