* About the role
The role requires someone who can roll their sleeves up, is inquisitive and enjoys driving strategic and business evolution.
Your duties will include but not be limited to :
* Development of business plans for new business;
* Building valuation model for companies / new businesses (e.g. DCF);
* Support in the M&A process (e.g. data room management, advisors interaction, etc);
* Lead the preparation of presentations and documents for the Board, the Executive Committee, Investors etc;
* Perform benchmarking, market and competitive analysis;
* Project management of complex projects.
* Requirements
You’ve been there and done this :
Post qualification experience working in a consulting company / investment banking / corporate development.
* Logical approach to problem solving with a hands-on and can-do attitude;
* Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment and proven track record of working under pressure and meeting deadlines;
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact at an executive and non-executive level;
* Strong excel skills (e.g. pivot tables and advanced formulae) and ability to manage existing complex business plans;
* Good understanding of the financial services industry;
* Attention to detail with a strong team ethos;
* Ability to work unsupervised, showing initiative in identifying problems and posing solutions;
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
