The installation and operational launch of these systems require dedication, precision, and a strong partnership mindset. /ppAs a bSite Manager – Site Leader /b, you will initially lead the full installation of IBA’s proton therapy equipment, as well as third-party systems, during the first year of the project. /ppOnce the installation is completed, you will transition into the Site Leader role, taking full responsibility for the on-site proton therapy technology and operations, ensuring technical service excellence, patient safety, and strong customer relationships. /ppYou will act as both a technical expert and a strategic partner, driving performance, developing your team, and going the extra mile to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. /ppAs Site Manager, you will lead a team of 7 engineers and be supported by a dedicated site administrator. /ppAs Site Leader, you will manage a smaller technical team (up to 2 engineers), focused on delivering high-quality service, solving issues proactively, improving processes, and maintaining safe and efficient operations that meet IBA’s standards. /ppThe installation will start in May-June 2026.
