Position We are looking for a motivated, experienced and passionate IT professional to join our team in
Quarto d’Altino (VE)
and
Lavis (TN). In this role you will provide high‑level support to our internal customers, installing, maintaining and upgrading hardware and software, configuring initial set‑ups, troubleshooting and training.
Responsibilities
Analyse and resolve end‑user issues.
Manage onboarding of new hires: Active Directory registration, access rights, security and collaboration tool installation.
Investigate network connection and configuration problems.
Prioritise urgent issues and forward to relevant teams when necessary.
Collaborate with other teams to implement and maintain IT procedures and guidelines.
Promote awareness and compliance with IT procedures among employees.
Install and deploy hardware and software as needed.
Manage Windows, Mac, Linux and Android devices.
Manage phone, communication and printing devices.
Maintain software licence inventory.
Maintain positive relationships with external vendors.
Provide remote and on‑site support, including periodic visits to the Lavis plant.
Handle tickets and asset data entry.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Service Desk team.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Customer‑orientated mindset.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
Advanced knowledge of common hardware/software solutions in large enterprises, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft O365.
Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, ManageEngine or similar.
Ability to support a medium‑large community (300+ users).
Documentation skills for IT processes and procedures.
Teamwork attitude.
Good command of English.
Availability for travel (1 week/month to the Lavis plant).
