Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or equivalent /liliStrong experience in Audit / Technology/ IT Risk Management (+ 5 years) or significant experience in insurance business positions (+ 5 years) /liliKnowledge of the Italian regulation (eg. IVASS) /liliDeep knowledge and competence across all IT domains paired with data analytics skills; /liliTrack record with technology and governance controls for Cloud, Data Management, Cyber Security and new technologies (such as Robotics and Artificial Intelligence) /liliExperience in third-party, outsourcing and project management auditing /liliStrong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, internal control framework and audit testing /liliExcellent project management skills, ability to organize teams and prioritize tasks /liliA collaborative and solution focused mindset with the ability to influence /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /liliFluent in English and Italian /li /ulpWork location is Milan.
