Marketing Activations Role Overview
The JD Group is a leading omni-channel retailer of Sports Fashion, Outdoors and Gyms with over 90,000 colleagues and over 4,500 stores across several retail fascias in over 30 markets around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
* Activations Strategies Execution: Support the implementation of activation strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand objectives.
* Event Delivery: Collaborate to execute a range of events, from large-scale product launches to intimate VIP gatherings.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, retail, partners, social media, and influencers teams to ensure seamless execution of activations and events.
* Vendor Management: Support the management of relations with external vendors and partners for event-related services.
* Performance Analysis: Evaluate the success of activations and events through post-event analysis, including ROI metrics and attendee feedback.
* Team Collaboration: Establish healthy working relationships with the team and external agencies.
Requirements:
* High-level verbal and written English.
* Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
* Knowledge of sports & lifestyle and youth culture.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Solid interpersonal, networking, and negotiating skills.
* Problem-solving skills and goal orientation.
* Planning and organization skills.
