You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication. You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage. You identify potential "stumbling blocks" in onboarding projects and eliminate them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other departments. You are in charge of upgrading our solutions for existing clients. Through your close contact with customers, you help to continuously improve our product and processes. Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proof of successful projects. You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress: - You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. Willingness to travel to our customers You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
