The successful candidate is comfortable performing in Genoa, available for work on National and International Construction Projects on an extended-fixed term. /ph3Accountabilities /h3ulliEnsure the quality of the works (e.g. compliance of the works with the projects design and specifications). /liliEnsure compliance of construction activities with the construction planning. /liliLiaise with Customers / Authorities / Contractors / Partner / Subcontractors for site and/or materials takeover and/or handover. /liliEnsure the compliance on site of the rules foreseen by the HSE Management plan, for the works under his/her responsibility. /liliEnsure the optimization of the resources (internal and external/subcontractors) in the project on site, having as baseline the project budget and Planning. /liliDevelop site specific plans to be implemented in projects program and budget in agreement with Construction manager. /liliEnsure the continuous updating and improvement of processes and procedures. /liliSupport the Construction Manager to ensure the material is available on site in accordance to the Working Schedule agreed with Customer and Subcontractors. /li /ulh3Required Skills/ Knowledge /h3ulliExperience: Up to 5 Years on Site Activities /site workforce management/Site technical control and coordination. /liliCareer Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) /liliWorking knowledge of Windows and Office Package. /liliExperience and fluency on technical drawing and reporting. /liliBasic knowledge on AutoCAD, MS Project as a plus. /liliKnowledge of Signalling, Power Supply and Traction Power Technology Systems. /liliGood verbal and written communication skills. /liliHealth, Safety and Environment. /liliDriving license valid in Sweden, availability to drive. /liliOpen to discuss travel/long term assignment to national/foreign Construction Projects. /li /ulh3Desired Skills Experience /h3ulliBasic to Average working knowledge of Rail Transit Subsystem and work experience on metro site works is a plus. /liliThe ideal candidate is self-confident, smart, communicative and team worker. /li /ulh3Education /h3ulliHigh School Degree Electric/Mechanic/TLC, with certified 2/5 years work experience on Railways/metro site electromechanical/civil works. /liliEngineering University degree or (Equivalent Technical background (electric/mechanic/TLC) with 1-year work experience on Railways/metro site electromechanical/civil works. /li /ulh3Languages /h3pEnglish proficiency. /ppThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
