As part of the Project Management team, lead and coordinate complex ERP projects with a strong international dimension. Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end project delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Managing the entire project lifecycle, from business requirements gathering to go-live.Coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining effective communication between clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams.Acting as a focal point for the customer, driving the definition of the business blueprint and overseeing project implementation.Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and ensuring delivery excellence.Promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of structured project management methodologies.
Candidate profile
5+ years of experience in ERP project management within consulting environments.Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, or similar solutions.Strong understanding of ERP implementation processes (analysis, configuration, testing, and go-live).Fluent English (spoken and written).Availability for international travel.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
