You will support the Store Manager in implementing fantastic standards, maximising sales and delivering fantastic customer experiences every day. Key Responsibilities include: - Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. - Support the Store Manager in creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. - Train, and oversee new staff. - Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. - Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. - Support the Store Manager in developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays. - Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits along with the Store Manager. - Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records. - Monitor inventory levels and order new items - Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager What were looking for: - Previous retail management experience - Share our love for food! - Passion for customer service - Available to work flexible hours Benefit: - Competitive salary - Monthly incentives - Daily food & beverage allowance - 2 days off per week INDMANAGE
