This role provides also technical guidance, supporting junior and mid-level engineers, and ensures the system meets performance. /pulliDesign and implement real-time systems, including DSP algorithms and microcontroller firmware, tailored to project requirements. /liliEnsure software meets strict real-time performance constraints, focusing on latency, throughput, and efficient use of system resources (e.g., memory, processing power). /liliOptimize performance and efficiency of signal processing algorithms and embedded systems. /liliMentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance, best practices, and support for skill development. /liliConduct code reviews, design evaluations, and testing to uphold high-quality standards. /liliInvestigate, debug and resolve complex technical issues in real-time systems, ensuring reliability and robustness. /liliPropose innovative solutions to technical challenges. /liliDesign high quality systems which comply with regulatory standards. /liliStay updated on advancements in DSP and Microcontroller technologies to introduce innovative approaches to system design. /liliIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the optimization of workflows, tools, and methodologies. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation. /liliProven professional experience in the design, simulation, implementation, verification and validation of digital circuits on DSP and Microcontroller. /liliProven experience in programming in C++ and C languages. /liliGood knowledge of theory and usage of Real Time Operating Systems (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving attitude. /liliExperience in the use of laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, signal generators). /liliExperience with peripheral standards and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, RS485, RS232, RGMII, ecc.). /liliFamiliarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python). /liliProficiency in source code revision control, especially GIT. /liliFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. /liliGood knowledge of SHARC or equivalent DSP architecture. /liliGood Knowledge of build systems (CMake). /liliGood knowledge of theory and design of complex digital electronic circuits and digital signal processing algorithms (FFT, digital filters, re-sampling, ecc.). /liliGood knowledge of agile methodologies. /liliProficiency with gitlab, docker, CI/CD, artifactory. /liliExperience with application layer protocols, such as DNP, 1588, MQTT, and more. /liliKnowledge of electronic components and PCB reworking. /liliFamiliarity with FPGA technologies, in particular AMD Xilinx. /lilibstrongDaily food vouchers: /strong /b for days worked in person in the premises. /lilibstrongTraining Support: /strong /b We offer financial assistance for your training and development, based on company discretion.
