Under the direction of the General Manager, our FOM manages and co‐ordinates all the reception operations to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble‐free and proactive service, maximising the room revenue and the guest satisfaction. All the work will be in line with the hotel's procedures and business plan, the corporate guidelines and service concepts. xrdztoy
Minimum requirements
* 2 years in the same position in 4* hotels
* Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of another language is an advantage
* Available to start immediately
