Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 75,000 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact. /p h3Purpose of the job /h3 pThe Industrialization Engineer is responsible to industrialize the maintenance, renovation / modernisation and warranty activity in order to secure the maintenance and production deliverables. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the industrialization of technical documentation, respecting the Standard Manufacturing Process Standard Manufacturing Line guidelines, footprint /li liElaborate the required industrial deliverables: Macro-process, Work Instructions, implantation of the workstations, Bill of Material, Task Sequence and / or Standard Operations Sheet, Work Instructions, Method times, definitive Layouts /li liProvide inputs to Industrial means and tools requirements for project execution activities /li liDefine and implement the training plan related to industrial topics and to Special Processes /li liValidate on the field the industrial deliverables, tools and industrial means with maintenance execution (FAT) /li liRespect the Industrial Planning milestones (followed by the IMFU) /li liEstablish Asbestos abatement, stripping, parts retention and hidden damage Industrial Processes /li liUnderstand and support the implementation of APSYS (Alstom Performance System) subjects related to Industrial Roadmap /li liEnsure Railway Safety and EHS, AZDP standards are respected /li liSet up industrial process improvement related to industrial efficiency, quality, safety, Ergonomics, EHS, continuous improvement /li liAdapt the industrial process and deliverables to project life cycle events such as design changes, obsolescence, maintenance plan optimization, fleet extension, changes in operating modes ...) /li liContribute to the Control Change Board review, where appropriate, to reduce non quality or improve safety, performance of operations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in engineering /li liAt Least 2 to 5 years’ experience preferably in the railway industry, ideally in an international organization /li liAbility to read and understand schematics and drawings /li liTechnical experience of Methods Engineering, writing, and improving manufacturing and / or maintenance work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing /li liExperience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up /li liWorking knowledge of Quality and Health Safety standards and systems /li liProven ability to innovate and manage change /li liExcellent teamwork skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at various levels /li liStrong organizational and planning capabilities /li liDesire to learn and grow completing the profile /li liFluent in English and Italian /li /ul pThe position will be based in Sesto San Giovanni (Milano) and will be the industrialization reference point for Regional Loco Business Unit in Italy.
