_ Job description _ - The current helicopter market scenario requires to increase LDO capabilities in understanding trends, support product portfolio evolution, the introduction of new technologies (like hybrid) and the development of opportunities in new fields (Fast Rotorcraft and Advanced Air Mobility - AAM)._ - The “Product & Services Policy” needs to strengthen its role with the replacement of additional resource:_ - The people selected will work with the Head of the “Product & Services Policy” unit in accordance with ON 34.19._ - In particular, within the main accountabilities of the unit, i.e., the definition of the strategies for development of LH Rotorcraft and Service, it shall be responsible for the following activities:_ - _Be part of cross-functional teams to support definition of new products and services high level requirements and development strategies._ - _Perform capability gap assessments and proposition of improvement requirements of LH products and services in order to maintain their competitiveness and compliance with regulatory evolution._ - _Perform product range analysis of LH portfolio and its competitors, including Fast Rotorcraft, RUAV and AAM._ - _Follow new technology developments, with special focus on new equipments and aircraft configurations, service and training, and ensure that the configurations proposed on new aircraft satisfy market requirements and therefore establish the optimum offering._ - _Support Business Plans definition and update_ - The resource will interact with internal stakeholders, like PLM Platform Line Managers, Marketing Department and CPEs organizations._ - A basic knowledge of airplane/helicopter technologies architecture, performance and configurations is preferred but not a requisite, while a technical foundation is requested._ - Languages: Good spoken and written English _ - Soft Skills: Problem solving attitude and capability to handle multi-tasks and priorities activities: must be able to work under own initiative and as a part of a team, engaging and negotiating with interfaces with other areas of the business._ - IT skills: Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint)_ Seniority: New Graduate Primary Location: IT - Varese - Cascina Costa Contract Type: Permanent Hybrid Working: Hybrid
