Gi Group SpA, a leading company in the design and marketing of systems for covering and protecting books, is seeking a Customer Service professional.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to assistance requests;
* Manage complaints;
* Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to make interlocutors comfortable;
* Communicate with colleagues to obtain information or resolve issues;
* Manage customer data in SAP;
* Make calls to update the company database;
* Review interaction history with customers.
Profile Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role;
* Excellent problem-solving skills;
* Knowledge of SAP is appreciated but not mandatory.
Offer:
Full-time temporary contract during the summer peak, CCNL Commerce Level V + meal vouchers + bonuses.
