Responsibilities
Upload production cycles/bills in the ERP and set the proper planning parameters.
Liaise with Production to respect design constraints and cost/quality standards.
Study and monitor production times and methods with the aim of increasing the overall effectiveness and efficiency.
Liaise with Sales, Quality and Production for supporting production according to manufacturing/supplier constraints and cost/quality standards.
Prepare production orders and monitor their progress.
Report eventual delays.
Recommend and implement corrective actions in strict coordination with Line Manager.
Analyze inventory usage and scrap.
Recommend actions to minimize loss, reduce inventory and/or increase turnover.
Propose continuous improvements to internal processes and systems.
Monitor external suppliers activities and efficiency.
Education and Professional Experience
Mechanical expert diploma or Mechanical bachelor's degree.
Nice to have 3-5 years of experience in production engineering or technical office.
