STRATEGIC PLANNER & CONTROLLEROur client, a leading player in the industrial raw materials sector and headquartered in the heart of Genoa, is looking for a Strategic Planner & Controller to join its Strategic Planning & Business Excellence Department.In this highly visible role, you will actively support the business planning and control cycle, provide performance insights, monitor key efficiency indicators, and deliver data-driven analyses to guide strategic decisions.You will be part of a dynamic, ambitious, and internationally oriented team committed to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.Key Responsibilities- Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across Sales, Purchasing, and Operations, contributing to all planning cycles (annual, rolling, monthly, and weekly).- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency.- Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to understand performance drivers and develop improvement initiatives.- Define, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).- Prepare periodic management reports and strategic presentations for senior leadership.- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic evaluations and business decisions.- Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and alignment with company objectives.- Develop business cases and run financial/operational simulations.- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.Key Requirements- Master’s degree (preferably with honors) in Economics, Management Engineering, or Business Administration.- 3/5 years of experience in similar positions, within structured and multinational environments.- Fluent in Italian and English.- Strong command of Power BI and SAP.- Advanced proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trans
