Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including Service Shops. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision, prescribed work instructions, and systems checking. Executes tasks within a well-defined operations framework, following a step-by-step sequence of standard operational procedures to achieve the desired end result. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Oversee and manage frontline manufacturing employees, typically managing hourly employee populations. Develop conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline, which may include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in a broad area. Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understand how the work of own team contributes to the broader area. Resolve issues using established procedures, consulting supervisors or more senior team members for issues outside defined instructions or parameters. Collaborate with others to solve issues. For customer-facing roles, develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE. Exchange technical information, ask questions, and check for understanding. Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar) or equivalent experience. Working knowledge of Windows Office. Strong oral and written communication skills in both Italian and English. Minimum experience in managing a complex environment.
